Returns & Exchanges

At DONNI., we want you to love your elevated essentials, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Bring your package to the designated shipping carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
